There is a garden, with patio furniture and a separate patio area with patio bench.

Open plan Lounge/Dining Room with a 3 seater and 2 seater Leather Suite, TV, with Free Sat, DVD player. Radio/CD music system.

Upstairs

Double bedroom, Twin bedroom, Bathroom with overhead electric shower, washhand  basin and W.C.

Heating:- Oil fired Central Heating with radiators in all rooms.
Wood/Coal burning stove.

Parking for 1 car, 2 on request.

Highchair, Travel Cot and Staitgate provided.

BBQ equipment.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

The Lodge has maintained its 5 star rating since we first started letting back in 1998.  The grading now performed by the Visit Wales Team is carried out on a 2 yearly basis.
