A day trip to Ireland can be taken from Goodwick to Rosslare with Stena. You can either take the fast Cat which takes an hour and a half or take the larger ship which is about three and a half hours each way.

The younger ones will thoroughly enjoy a full day in Folly Farm, Nr. Tenby just 40 mins drive away, here they can feed the animals, go on a tracker ride or just let off steam in the indoor play area, fun for all the family.
A day can be spent in Manor Park which was featured on TV recently and owned by Anna Ryder Richardson, just within an hours drive take a packed lunch or sample the cafe at the park.
For the younger and slightly older ones Oakwood Theme Park, Canaston, said to be the largest one in Wales has rides for every age group.
The more adventurous will be able to try they hand at Quad Biking, Horse Riding Archery and more at Heatherton
The water lover will fall in love with the beaches at Whitesands and Newgale where the brave can surf or just body board to their hearts content.
For the fishermen amongst you there is excellent fishing for sea bass at Newgale beach, bait can either be bought from Haverfordwest or if you fancy digging it yourself Solva is the best place.
